Bring your canine companion and your yoga mat for a relaxing 25-30 min sound bath. Great for anxious pups, those in recovery or pups who love bonding time with their owners.
What is a Sound bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind.
During the sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest for both you and your dog.
Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit for both humans and animals:
-Deep Relaxation; vibrations can reduce muscle tension and inflammation
-Stress and Anxiety Relief; listening to certain frequencies is shown to reduce cortisol levels

-Inner Peace
Space is limited to 7 participants (1 human + 1 dog); all dogs must be leashed and toilet trained.
Please arrive to the venue at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session. We will begin our evening with a meet & greet outside for 5-10 minutes, and then have a quick introduction and on to the sound bath.
Please review the attached waiver and consent forms prior to the session. You will be required to sign that you have read and understand upon arrival to the session.
Please bring a yoga mat, any pillows, blankets or other items that may make you comfortable; water bottle.
Suggested attire: Comfortable clothing
Please avoid consuming any alcohol prior to the session.
For Your Dog: All dogs must be leashed and toilet trained. Pets are not expected to be quiet and still; however, they should not be running around :)
It is common for animals to also relax and enter a restful state during sound sessions. Licking, yawning, nibbling are common signs of release.
I invite you to bring a donation for Dogz Dinner MH- a local charity that provides microchipping, neutering vouchers, and food & accessories to animal charities and local food banks to support those who need support for their animal companion.
No refunds for latecomers or non-attendees (within 24 hour notice).
