This Mother's Day, we invite you to step out of the "mental load" and into a space designed specifically for your nourishment, expression, and connection.
Join us at the beautiful Damoves Studio for an afternoon of song, somatic movement, and community.
The Flow:
14:00 | Arrival & Settling In.
14:15 | Singing Mamas Circle
Led by Danielle. No "good" voices required—just the simple, medicinal power of singing together in harmony. We sing to soothe ourselves.
15:15 | The Sharing Circle
A held space to share and be heard.
15:45 | Tea, Treats & Mingle
A chance to connect with other mamas over tea.
16:15 | Fluentbody Session
Led by Merav. A somatic movement practice that helps us release and recharge.
17:00 | Closure & goodbye
A gentle seal on our afternoon before we head back into the world, refilled.

When: May 10th | 14:00-17:30
Where: Damoves Dance Studio, Amsterdam
Who: All mothers are welcome. Pre-crawling babies are welcome, too.
Investment: €75 (Includes tea and light snacks).
Space is limited to 15 women to keep the circle intimate.

Danielle Bensky is a Singing Mamas Community Leader in Amsterdam, dedicated to the belief that singing a powerful tool for maternal well-being.
