Join us on a Fruity Walk through South London, where trees tell stories of resilience, adaptation, and community.
We’ll explore the hidden orchard in Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park and the elegant West Square Gardens. Two green spaces in the city, rich in biodiversity and quiet charm. Along the way, we’ll discover how these overlooked corners of South London foster wellbeing, connection, and quiet resistance to urban stress. This walk is for all ages. Come curious, and leave nourished, in more ways than one!
Following the walk we'll share some hot drinks and pastries at the studios when we invite you to learn more about our Courtyard Garden and our Autumn programme.
This walk will begin with meeting at Siobhan Davies Studios. The route will then commence at the entrance of the Imperial War Museum, into the in Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park and finally West Square Gardens.

Disability Access
The main route of this walk is step-free and suitable for wheelchair users. West Square Gardens has some uneven ground, but a fully accessible variation is possible.
Come in comfortable shoes to walk in, and bring a waterproof and/or umbrella. In the event of extreme weather, this event may be rescheduled.

This walk will begin with meeting at Siobhan Davies Studios. Then the route will commence at the entrance of the Imperial War Museum, into the in Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park and finally West Square Garden.
Siobhan Davies Studios is mostly accessible to wheelchair users, with lifts to all floors. Our main door is power assisted.
There are two accessible parking spaces available on site which can be booked in advance. Blue Badge parking is also available nearby on West Square and Garden Row (for a full map visit the Southwark Council website).
