Candlelit Sacred Sound Journey ✨
A gentle, nurturing and soul-nourishing experience created to give you space to pause, breathe, soften and simply receive.
As you arrive, you’ll be invited to intuitively choose your own Angel Card — allowing a message, feeling or intention to gently guide you into your journey.
We then begin with my signature Aura Cleanse, using my own lovingly handmade aura spray to gently cleanse and refresh your energetic space, helping you to leave the outside world behind and arrive fully in the present moment.
From here, we settle onto our mats and begin with a gentle guided meditation, bringing your awareness into your body and breath and inviting your nervous system towards a deeper sense of calm, grounding and balance.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing Sacred Sound Journey, allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments to surround you.
Throughout our time together, I’ll also offer Reiki energy to the whole group, creating a nurturing and supportive space for rest, relaxation and receiving.

Sound healing is a gentle and relaxing practice, but it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please contact me before booking if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, have recently undergone surgery, or have a condition that may be affected by sound, vibration or deep relaxation.
If you are unsure whether sound healing is suitable for you, please speak with your healthcare professional before attending.
You are always welcome to adjust your position, sit up, take a break or step outside during the journey if you need to.
Booking & cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Once your place has been booked, I am unable to offer a refund for cancellations or non-attendance, as your space has been reserved especially for you.
If you can no longer attend, you are very welcome to gift your place to a friend. Please let me know their name before the session so I can update the booking.

Our session will be held at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart R.C. Church Hall, situated next to the church in the peaceful surroundings of Bulkington village.
🚗 Parking & getting here
There is plenty of free car parking available at the venue.
If you live locally, you’re very welcome to walk or car share where possible. 🌿
Please allow yourself a little time to arrive, park and settle in before we begin, so you don’t feel rushed.

As we begin to deeply relax, our nervous system starts to settle and our body naturally moves into a more restful state. You may notice your body temperature changing or feel a little cooler as you relax, so having an extra layer or cosy blanket nearby can help you remain comfortable throughout your journey.

When you arrive, take a moment to slow down, breathe and leave the busyness of the day behind.
You’ll be invited to intuitively choose your Angel Card before finding your comfortable space.
Please switch your phone to silent and, where possible, give yourself permission to disconnect from the outside world for this time.
There is nothing you need to prepare or achieve.
Come exactly as you are.
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a breath.
And allow yourself to rest, receive and simply be. ✨
