Feel the move, feel the vibe, join us for a family fitness session. The session would include a range of fitness activities which will all be adaptable for the different fitness levels and experience of all participants, all equipment including mats will be provided by Sportily.
We focus on fun, so all sessions would include plenty of laughter, as well as helping everyone to build their functional strength and core fitness. Supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing through moving more with others is central to our approach. Sessions at the SPICE Community Site. See you there! 🏃♂️🌟💪
Sessions being run by James Scarbro, a qualified Fitness Instructor.
Please note, bad weather may cause the session to need to be cancelled. However, there is a gazebo that can be used. Provided participants have booked into the session in advance, we would be able to cancel the session and let you know (no one likes to do fitness in the rain!)
