SPRING IS HERE!

The follow up to our beautiful morning in the Sunflowers is here!!!

And this time we don't have to go very far!

Join me in the tulip fields in full bloom with views of the Pentland hills, as we move through a yoga flow, (suitable for beginners).

We will start the morning stretching our legs, meeting at the entrance to the fields just off the shop entrance & car parks, (give me a text on my mobile number if you're struggling to find us) we will have the place to ourselves to enjoy the rows of colourful tulips.

We will roll out our mats (if it's too wet/muddy the yoga flow will be adapted to be done without a mat).

Please wear layers to allow for windy weather & for you to feel comfortable & be able to keep cosy)

We will start with a calm grounding meditation, enjoying the fresh air & gentle breathwork, after the yoga class. which will be a Warrior focused mandala flow, energising the whole body to set you up for a morning of feeling good. Afterwards we will have time for a little different kind of forest bathe. Taking in the quiet morning scenes of the long colourful stems of the tulips.

Tulips hold Spiritual meanings of deep love, rebirth & resurrection. Being one of the 1st flowers to bloom in Spring. They represent a journey of renewal, hope & the souls journey.
