WORKSHOP: Hip Hop (Junior - Ages 5 to 7)

3 Day event, 1.5 hours per day:

Saturday 11th December 1300 - 1430
Sunday 12th December 1300 - 1430
Monday 13th December 1630 - 1800

The hugely popular dance style of Hip Hop is designed for girls and boys of all ages. Our Hip Hop classes contains a logical teaching progression of the foundations of Hip Hop which enables the students to develop core techniques such as breaking, locking, and popping with original choreography taught, providing students with the ability to link the techniques and skills they’ve learnt.

This fun and creative style aims to develop a solid dance technique with the use of choreography, rhythm, movement and connection to the music, the foundations of all dance styles. These moves are the basis of the dance style while aiming to develop body control as well as performance skills such as stage presence, acting, and improvisation which are added to build a rounded hip hop dance character.
