Want to learn how to /improve your leg waves? Enjoy the wavy motion in a variety of starting positions and discover how to make your leg waves feel and look better. In this Halloween edition we will be working on some more unusual shapes as well!
All levels welcomed. Heels optional.
For maximum enjoyment:
-wear comfortable clothes that won't restrict your movement (you can wear whatever makes you feel empowered)
-wear kneepads if you have them
-no shoes needed but you're welcome to bring your pole heels if you want
-bring a bottle of water
