Sukha is nestled in the peaceful countryside of Rocombe near Stokeinteignhead surrounded by rolling fields and nature. It’s a place where you can leave the outside world behind for a while, slow down, and simply enjoy a little time for yourself.

I created Sukha to offer a calm and welcoming space away from the demands of everyday life. Whether you’re joining a weekly sound bath, a relaxation session or one of my special events, my hope is that you’ll feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Each session is held in an intimate setting with soft lighting, cosy duvets, pillows and bolsters, inviting you to completely switch off, settle in and rest. There’s nothing you need to do—just get comfortable and allow yourself time for rest.

Alongside my regular sessions, I also love bringing people together through collaborations with other like-minded practitioners. From gentle movement and breathwork to seasonal workshops and wellbeing events, each collaboration is thoughtfully created to offer something a little different while keeping the same warm, welcoming feel that Sukha is known for.

Private bookings are also available for individuals, couples and groups of up to 10 people. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, marking a special occasion, spending quality time with family or friends, or simply gathering together for a unique experience.
