This Gentle Yoga class is perfect for beginners, those completely new to yoga, people suffering from or coming back from injuries, or operations or anyone who is suffering from tight muscles and inflexibility.
We will focus on an all-body stretch, and most poses will be done lying down, sitting, or kneeling on the mat. We also incorporate breathwork exercises so you'll come out of the class feeling totally relaxed.
Mats and props are provided. These are small classes, with a maximum of 7 people.
