As we move towards the Autumn Equinox, the body naturally begins to slow, soften and seek steadiness.
Join myself and Red Kite Drums for a gentle pause before the season shifts. A cosy afternoon of soothing drums, slow yoga and grounding meditation to help you release what you no longer need.
We'll prepare the mind and nervous system for the balance of the Equinox, creating space for calm, clarity and deeper connection. A warm friendly space for anyone who wants to enter Autumn feeling rooted and supported.
Homemade gluten free cake, healthy snacks and herbal teas included.
Please bring:
A mug - we'll share a warm drink together
A yoga mat if you have one. If not, mats will be available.
A drum if you'd like to use your own. A drum will be provided for anyone that needs one.
Anything that makes you feel comfortable - a blanket, cushion or cosy layer for meditation.
