Gather • Reflect • Receive
The new moon invites us to pause.
Before the next cycle begins, nature offers us a moment of darkness. A quiet space between what has been and what is yet to come.
Held is a monthly gathering inspired by the rhythm of the new moon. Together we create space to pause, reflect and reconnect through meditation, gentle movement, mantra, journalling, Vedic astrology and shared reflection.
Each circle is gently shaped by the qualities of that month's new moon, offering practices that evolve with the season rather than following a fixed format.
Whether we're navigating motherhood, career, grief, relationships, creativity or simply the changing seasons of our lives, the circle offers us an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves while being witnessed by others.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
You'll leave feeling grounded, connected and gently renewed.

Before you arrive
Our studio doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle into the space before we begin.
If you can, we encourage arriving around five minutes early. Those first quiet moments can make all the difference, allowing your body and mind to gently arrive before your practice begins.
Life isn't always that simple though.
Many of our students are coming straight from work, caring responsibilities or busy family lives. If you're running late, please don't turn around and go home. We'd much rather practise with you than not have you there at all.
The studio door will be open, so simply come in quietly and join us. Depending on where we are in the practice, you may be invited to settle onto the floor for a few moments until there's a natural opportunity to rearrange mats and help you ease into the class without disturbing the flow of the room.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. We do keep a small number of spare mats at the studio if you ever forget yours.
We're really looking forward to welcoming you. If you have any questions before your first visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
