Glitz and Glamour Ball – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your place at the Glitz and Glamour Ball, please note the following:
• Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least two months prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund:
Cancellations made less than two months before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of your total booking.
• Transferring Your Booking:
If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to take your place. Please notify us at least two months in advance so we can update the booking details accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to fill your place at short notice, which is why the refund amount reduces closer to the event.

If you need to cancel or transfer your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Please note that the tables are arranged in groups of ten. If you’d like to sit with a specific guest, please mention their name in your booking or ask the other party to include your name in theirs. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee table arrangements unless all places are booked together in a single reservation.
