A unique class combining yoga and music - this is where it all began!
Taught by Emily, music specialist and Lizzie, yoga teacher.
A joyful class where we'll explore movement, breath, music, stories, original songs and games.
The class introduces musical concepts and physical awareness in a playful & limitless way.
Each week is themed for lots of summer fun!
Week 1: picnic - bring your favourite teddy
Week 2: going on holiday - bring something you'd take on holiday
Week 3: in the garden - bring something from your garden, or pick a flower
Week 4: weather - bring your sunglasses, an umbrella, or something else of your choice!
Suitable from approx 2 - 6 years.
If you'd like to, you can bring a yoga mat but that's not essential.
You'll see some suggestions of little things to bring to class above - these are a little bit of fun but not essential.
