The Capri Trouser Workshop (8-14 yrs)

This brand new workshop introduces our latest pattern, inspired by the return of capri pants as a trendy, easy-to-style piece for the warmer months. Cropped, flattering, and versatile, they’re perfect for layering with your favourite tops and dressing up or down.

Students will learn key sewing techniques including measuring and fitting, sewing clean seams, creating a waistband, hemming, and achieving a polished finish. There’s also the opportunity to personalise your design — from adjusting the length and fit to adding details depending on time and experience.

Choose from a range of lightweight woven fabrics such as cottons and linens to create a breathable, comfortable garment that still holds its shape beautifully.

Suitable for ages 8–14, this workshop is beginner-friendly while also offering plenty of scope for those with some sewing experience to develop their skills and create something stylish, wearable, and completely their own.
