Come join us for a crystal meditation and sound bath. Let me guide you into an easy to follow crystal meditation where you get to choose and keep your crystal too!
Then we will gently flow into the sounds of chimes, gongs and crystal bowls for deep relaxation, release of tension, stress and anxiety.
Helping to re-balance and re-align the mind and body.
We finish by waking gently and then having a hot drink and sweet treat.
Please wear comfy clothing. All equipment is provided but if you wish to bring your own mat, pillows etc for soundbaths please feel free to.

Please note that soundbaths are unsuitable for those that are pregnant and have certain medical conditions such as epilepsy, deep brain devices, metal implants, heart conditions, recent head injury, trauma or surgery.
