Join us for a relaxing class of soothing sounds created by crystal soundbowls, chimes and our gong.*

The class begins with an easy to follow guided meditation to help the mind and body settle.
We check in with our own body and gently allow tension & stress to leave.

The bowls then create the most beautiful combination of sounds to help the nervous system relax, the mind still, and the body to calm. A soundbath takes you on a deep relaxing journey of wellbeing; Helping to release negativity, emotion, & anxiety, whilst promoting sleep, rest, energy balance and focus.

Please note that soundbaths are not suitable for the following medical conditions;

deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
open wounds.
acute inflammations and tumours.
pacemaker or defibrillator.
Any metallic implant.
post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
carotid atherosclerosis.
carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
a stent
a shunt
deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
epilepsy
Pregnant
Screws in the body or artificial joints
inflamed joints and veins
Whiplash
Mental health conditions other than generalised anxiety or depression
