Silks: fabric ribbons rigged from the ceiling. A demanding yet rewarding sport. In your taster class you'll become acquainted with the equipment and interact with it. You may not necessarily leave the floor, but your spirit will float!

Join us for a one-off taster session the week before our next course begins; it's the perfect way to dip your toe in without committing.
£10 for this session (usually £14)
Love it? Continue onto the full course starting the following week for £55 for four classes. Best bit? The cost of the taster class will be refunded against the price of the course.

• Non-beginners wanting to refine technique, rebuild strength, or revisit forgotten moves
• Complete beginners who want to try silks without committing to a course

Please wear sports leggings (non-shiny variety) and a long sleeve sports vest, as you need protection against potential fabric burn, if you slide too quickly. Bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, sanitiser. Sanitiser is also provided at the studio.

Cancellation policy:
Refunds or transfer to another class are possible if changes are made at least 48h before the class starts. Please note that any refunds given for ANY reason bar cancellation by the studio, incur a 5% transaction cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that on Saturdays, a parking ticket must still be obtained from the on-site machine to comply with the two-hour time limit. The ticket is free but must be clearly displayed, as it indicates the time of arrival.
