This monthly session is a simple, open space to come together and meditate in a relaxed environment. It is perfect for beginners wanting a gentle introduction, as well as those with previous experience looking for a regular group practice.
To help you settle in, we start with grounding and relaxation to transition into the session. We then move into a guided meditation themed around the group’s energy, which may include mindfulness, presence and open awareness, before closing with a herbal tea and reflection.
These sessions take place on the last Sunday of every month and are a way to de-stress and be with others. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. 😊
