Join me for a flowing hatha yoga class where we will move mindfully, connecting breath and body.
Each class starts with some breathwork followed by a gentle yoga flow and ending with a guided meditation to reset the nervous system and help improve balance, flexibility and strength.
Please bring your own yoga mat and an optional cosy blanket for the meditation.
