Ladies, join us for a half day retreat in this beautiful space, the old school house in Shutlanger village, now in use as the prettiest village hall we've ever seen!
If you are looking for some much needed time for yourself and a lovely reset before December this is the perfect event for you.
Including a Wellbeing Workshop, Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation you'll be leaving the event with a spring in your step and a clearer understanding of where you are heading.

Please bring your yoga mat, we would also recommend bringing a cosy blanket and a pillow or cushions to get really comfortable for the sound bath.
It would be a good idea to wear layers as you will get warm during yoga then cool off later during the relaxation.
If in doubt, bring the extra layer or blanket, better to have it and not need it.
