🙌🥳New Year Renewal (Sauna Ritual with Jo)

The chill of winter surrounds us, we come together at the Woodland Sauna on Sunday 10th January, to celebrate with a New Year reset.... a chance to embrace the warmth within as we welcome the promise of new beginnings.

Using the elements of nature - air, earth, fire and water, Jo will guide you through a sensory journey through rounds of hot and cold, to bring us into the present moment, to enliven our spirits and connect us to nature.

Ritual Elements:

• Salt Inhalation: Breathing in deeply, we invite the purifying essence of salt to cleanse our lungs and spirits, shedding the weight of the past year and making space for fresh energy.

• Herbal Infusions: Our herbal blends, crafted from nature’s gifts, will awaken our senses and ground us in the present. This connection to the earth serves as a reminder of the cyclical nature of life and our place within it.

• Traditional leaf Whisking: With mindful, gentle movements, we’ll whisk away any stagnant energy, celebrating the beauty of transformation. Each stroke symbolises our readiness to release old patterns and embrace the possibilities of the New Year.

• Salt Body Scrubs: As we exfoliate, we honour the shedding of our past selves, revealing the radiant beings we are meant to be. This practice aligns with the theme of renewal and self-discovery.

• Aromatherapy Steam: Inhaling the soothing scents of essential oils, we allow their uplifting properties to envelop us in warmth and comfort, igniting positivity and clarity for the year ahead.

• Uplifting Music: Let melodies resonate within us, elevating our spirits and harmonising our energies as we celebrate this season of new beginnings and growth.

• Poems and Affirmations: Together, we’ll share words that inspire and uplift, affirming our intentions for the year to come.

As we gather, let us honour the essence of the New Year: a time for renewal, hope, and reflection. May we find joy in the promise of change, welcoming the cycles of life with open hearts. Let us release what no longer serves us, allowing ourselves to transform and flourish in this vibrant season.
