Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience in the stunning setting of New Lanark World Heritage Site. As you settle into the peaceful Clyde Suite, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes will gently wash over you. With the natural rhythm of the Falls of Clyde flowing just beyond, this session offers a rare chance to immerse yourself in sound and nature in perfect harmony.

⚠️ Contraindications:
Sound baths are generally safe, but may not be suitable for:
Individuals with epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound
Those with severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity
People with metal implants, pacemakers, or during early pregnancy
If you’re unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

A yoga mat to lie on
A blanket and cushion for comfort
A bottle of water to stay hydrated

*This event is suitable for all, especially beginners to mindfulness, however Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Please also advise me if you have any of the following: stent, shunt, pacemaker, metal implant or nerve damage.

Please wear comfortable clothes to relax in.

Parking is available next to the Clyde Suite, the Clyde Suite is located in the building next to the MEN'S SHED. Drive down towards New Lanark Hotel and follow the road as it sweeps round and head down into New Lanark Visitor Centre buildings, you'll see a car park to the right, this is close to the building but you can also continue along until you see a chimney and there is a small car park at this point. The Clyde Suite is located in the last building before this car park area.
