Sound bath meditations are a type of immersive meditative practice using resonant sounds, such as crystal bowls & koshi chimes, to create a relaxing and meditative experience. The aim is to help individuals relax, release stress, and achieve a state of deep relaxation.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the event's start time.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and water. You want to be as comfortable as possible.
Wear loose-fitting or comfortable clothes.
Yoga mats will be avilable if you do not have one
