This small, intimate sound bath is an opportunity to reset, release the noise of daily life, The deep, resonant vibrations of this sound bath work on a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring you back into alignment.
You’ll be lying comfortably on a mat, wrapped in warmth, simply receiving. No effort. No expectation. Just sound, breath, and space.

Please park in the front car park of the hop farm. (Free) Make your way to the wooden gates opposite the fish stand and come into the garden. Bring along pillows, fluffy socks and water.
