These Pilates Classes are aimed at those wanting to rehabilitate after an injury, or wish to stay at a low level, however you will stilll be challenged and will build your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free. Exercises will be taught with options as to the degree of difficulty.
We will use a mixture of small equipment during each block, although the lessons will be designed to be completed without the equipment, should clients wish.
Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
Nivel: Gentle
All equipment is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own mat and head cushion if you would prefer.
