International Yoga Day at Valentines Park

Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for yoga in the park to celebrate International Day of Yoga on Friday 21st June between 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Free community event with yoga, breathworks, sun salutations, yogic jogging, laughter yoga, yoga nidra, meditation & kirtan.
The yoga event will be followed by a optional picnic in the park from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure have partnered with Patanjali Yog Peeth Trust (PYPT) to lead the yoga sessions, Brahma Kumaris to deliver the meditation and The Art of Living for kirtan.
Instrucciones
Ages 19+.
Please dress according to weather. We advise bringing lightweight sports/comfortable clothing, sunscreen and a hat in the event of very hot weather. Please also bring plenty of water on the day.
Please bring your own yoga mat. We will have limited yoga mats on the day. If you would like to attend the picnic, please bring your packed lunch or vegetarian dish to share (no meat, eggs or fish) and your picnic set.
Chairs will be provided for any attendees who require a chair for the session.
The event will be opposite Valentines Mansion, in award winning Valentines Park. There is a car park, toilets & cafe nearby.
Please check in to register outside the Valentines Mansion.
