Want to join the biggest Zumba party in Redbridge?
Come and try a FREE Zumba themed dance fitness event with Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure!
We'll take the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba and dance fitness classes can be called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Yes. Super fun? Yes!
The music will be non-stop, with several different Zumba and dance fitness instructors teaching at the event. Perfect for everybody and every body, all genders welcome!
So, if you want to dance, de-stress, meet new people, try something new and get a boost of feel-good endorphins, this event is for you.

London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure and Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of Vision's new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.

Doors will open at 1:30pm for check-in.
The event will begin at 2:30pm and end at 4:30pm.
From 4:30pm-5pm attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Zumba instructors!
Clothing?
Please wear clothing that’s not too tight and allows you to move freely and trainers/exercise shoes that have good support and cushioning if possible.
Bring water to stay hydrated (glass bottles not permitted).
How to get there?
There is a free car park at Sir James Hawkey Hall that can accommodate up to 40 cars, you will find this behind the barrier at the entrance to the hall.
There is also a large pay and display car park next to the hall which is free in the evenings and on weekends.
