Join us for an Inclusive Outdoor Multisport & Picnic Day at the Inclusion Hub!
Enjoy accessible activities like football, cricket, tennis, boccia, and bean bag games — followed by a relaxed picnic. Bring your own lunch or grab something from Valentines Park Café or Gardeners Cottage Café. A welcoming space for all abilities to connect, play, and feel supported.
This Hub offers individuals living with disabilities, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, learning difficulties, or experiencing mental health challenges, a space to foster community and connect with support services available in Redbridge.
The Inclusion Hub is a welcoming space for anyone who wants to connect, feel supported, and be part of something meaningful. Whether you’re looking to explore new activities, meet like-minded people, or access local services and support, the Hub is here for you.
For group bookings, you may book up to 10 people at a time. Please ensure each attendee information is provided where possible.

Instrucciones
Ages 18+
Please dress according to weather. We advise bringing lightweight sports/comfortable clothing, sunscreen and a hat in the event of very hot weather. Please also bring plenty of water on the day.
If you would like to attend the picnic, please bring your packed lunch and your picnic set.
The event will be by the tennis courts and outdoor gym via Cranbrook Road entrance, in award winning Valentines Park. There is a car park, toilets & cafe nearby.
