Be sure to join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure at Fairlop Open Day for a fantastic FREE experience in Family Yoga!
At this session, parents/guardians can join their children aged 5-13yrs in 20 minutes of yoga-inspired exercise choreographed with children in mind. Yoga for children includes poses that aim to help to increase flexibility, strength, and coordination.
The classes are intended to be fun and engaging. They may include games, storytelling through movement, fun names for the poses, and animal noises!
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Instrucciones
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, trainer/exercise shoes and bring water to keep hydrated.
Children attending must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 16+) at all times during the activity session.
This session will be held outdoors on Fairlop field. If there are poor weather conditions, this session will move indoors to Fairlop Waters Lakeside Suite.
