Join us for our yearly early Summer retreat at Unstone Grange in Derbyshire.
You can expect gentle yoga and somatic movement classes, meditation, pranayama and relaxation.
All food is lovingly prepared by our cooks and is completely vegetarian. Vegans and gluten intolerances catered for.
Unstone Grange is located in the countryside, but is around 25 minutes drive from Sheffield. Public transport is also available. The accommodation is in single, twin rooms, triple rooms or camping, and is priced accordingly.
This is a good chance to meet new people and make friends, or a perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends.
As there are large gardens around the building, you can also find time for a little solitude if needed.

The retreat begins from 3pm on Friday June 4th. All details about parking and what to bring will be given before the event.

Single Room Deposit
Single room deposit is £70 (full cost is £350). This deposit will save you a single room to space. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the event. Please note that most rooms are not ensuite, but may have a sink. Deposits are non-refundable. Once fully paid, the cost is non- refundable unless we can fill your space.
