I am a qualified Yoga, ETM instructor and Purestretch instructor. I currently run Yoga classes at St Peter's Church Hall, Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent. I also provide yoga for children in schools and corporate yoga for businesses. I run Woodland yoga workshops and Self care Yoga workshops throughout the year.
