Where mindful movement meets wild summer blooms. Outdoor Yoga at the beautiful Ruby’s Meadow just outside Kendal. Practice amongst the sounds of nature looking out onto the beautiful wildflowers and landscape beyond. Followed by time to wander in the meadow, pick your own posy, chat with friends old and new, and a refreshing beverage.
There are three tiers of pricing depending on the amount of flowers you would like to pick. Jars, buckets and scissors will be provided for picking, and flowers will be lovingly wrapped for you to take home.
There are two opportunities to join us in the meadow this summer:
Sunday Session ~ Sunday 2nd August 9am - 10:30am
Sunset Session ~ Wednesday 19th August 7:30-9pm
This event is weather dependent and will be either re-scheduled or refunded if you can’t make the new date. Let’s hope the sunny weather continues!
Please try to arrive 5 / 10 minutes before to allow time to get parked and arrive.
Please bring a mat or contact me if you need to borrow one, props (if required) are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own. Maybe bring a light blanket to cover yourself for savasna.
Please wear clothing that is easy and comfortable to move it, which also enables me to see how your body is moving.
It would be advisable not to eat in the hour prior to class. Please come well hydrated and bring water. Suncream and insect repellant are also advisable.
