Come and join us as we welcome in the Autumn Equinox, slowing down and taking some time to pause, reflect and to move gently into the season of Autumn.
You will be welcomed with a divine Ceremonial cup of heart warming Cacao to deepen your experience of healing and relaxation.
This glorious mix of Cacao, Yin Yoga and beautiful live sound Bath, is a perfect way to come back to balance and release what no longer serves you as we move in to Autumn.
This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a deeply nurturing Yin sequence designed to release tension and increase your natural prana, your vital energy and restore natural equilibrium through out the whole body.
During this time you will be bathed and soothed by a harmonious and therapeutic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and gentle percussion, inviting you into to a deeper sense of calm.
You will leave floating on a cloud into your Sunday evening feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed and ready to welcome the beauty of Autumn.
Hosted by Nicki Sorbie the founder of Yoga Dragon, yin teacher and certified cacao facilitator and Phil Gibson who is a trained sound therapist, musician and composer.
