As the days begin to soften and Spring approaches, you’re invited to step into a nourishing morning designed to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome what’s ready to grow 🌱
Join us on Saturday morning as we hold space together in a supportive, grounded environment. We’ll begin by moving our bodies through a sequence that releases nervous energy and allows us to bring our minds to the space. We will then begin our ceremony with a cup of enriching ceremonial cacao from Common Roots Cacao, allowing the heart to open and intentions to gently surface. Through journalling or opening up to your community, you’ll be invited to let go of Winter’s weight and set clear, meaningful intentions for the season ahead 📖🖊️
The experience will continue with gentle, restorative yoga to nourish your body and calm your nervous system 🧘♀️ followed by a deeply relaxing sound experience 🎶✨ You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and refreshed — ready to move through your day, and into Spring, with ease and clarity 🌸
This is a morning dedicated to you — a moment to pause, reconnect, and transition into the new season with intention and softness 💫
Please do bring your own yoga mats. However, please don’t worry if you forget yours or just want to try out yoga before investing, spares are available as well as blocks.
Best to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
In addition, please bring one bed pillow to assist with your restorative yoga and a journal.

For those who haven't been to The Garden Room before, it is at my home in Lymington. The address is 5 Harvester Way, SO41 8YB. As soon as you drive into Harvester Way, turn left almost straight away into the little housing close, and there will be a board in front of the house in the back left, to guide you to The Garden Room. You can park by my van in the housing close or in the lay bys in the road.
