As winter draws us inward, our bodies often tighten — especially around the upper body, neck and shoulders where tension quietly gathers. This workshop offers you a soothing reset: first warming and freeing the body through mindful flowing movement, then slowing down and moving towards deep, supported rest. Beginning with mindful flowing yoga and some pilates moves to melt away stiffness and awaken circulation with positive benefits to your immune system. Then easing into slower, grounding postures to unwind the upper body, calm the nervous system, and invite tension release through the neck and shoulders.
Breathwork also included. Closes with guided relaxation to embrace a state of peaceful deep rest in Savasana.
