Autumn Mini Retreat (Cris and Abi)

A Sunday afternoon to switch off from your daily life and nurture your body, mind and soul.

Abi and Cris will be guiding your journey so you can reset and recharge, feeling better prepared for the cold and festive season ahead. You will have the opportunity to go inwards and also share in community.

What is included:

• Gentle Yoga Flow (this is an all levels class combining standing, seated and lying down poses)
• Cacao Sacred Circle (expect to enjoy a hot cacao drink prepared with much love and a circle where you'll be invited to journey inwards through meditation and sitting in community)
• Mantras, kirtan style (listen to the sounds of mantras and/or chant together and feel the power of vibration and unity)
• A snack/treat box with a hot drink of your choice (coffee/tea)
