Come and lower stress, recharge and unwind. The weekend is designed to be a special break, where you can breathe deeply in the fresh air, feel the benefits of Yoga, chat over delicious homemade food and just relax.
🟠 A whole weekend of Gitananda (Hatha) Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gong Baths, an art workshop and wholesome nutritious food in the countryside. Manor on the Monnow offers private gardens, multiple living rooms, a hot tub, a games room, riverside walks and swimming.
🟠 There will be a full schedule of Yoga available. There will also be free time to enjoy nature, chat or to just relax and read a book.
The weekend is suitable for all levels of experience, beginners are very welcome. You are welcome to join on your own or in a group.
What is included?

🟠 A creative craft workshop (with Studio Dyffryn)
🟠 Wholesome, nutritious food (+ desserts). All meals, snacks and drinks are included (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free - please specify when booking). On Sunday we will collectively make a big Sunday roast.

🟠 The Manor on the Monnow
The Manor on the Monnow is a luxury baroque Manor House on the banks of the River Monnow - a 10 minute walk from Monmouth Castle.
This spacious retreat centre features a hot tub, games room, and private river swimming. The Monnow trail offers beautiful walks along the riverside. Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, the centre has 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. linen and towels are included.
Prices range from £342 - £490 all inclusive of accommodation, meals, snacks, Yoga classes, craft workshop and Gong Baths. £75 non refundable deposit to secure your space. The remaining balance is then due by January 1st 2027. There is 10% off the total cost for monthly members. You will need a mat, a bottle of water, a blanket and anything you need for a weekend away. If you don't drive, please feel free to message and we can try to arrange lift sharing amongst participants. Please note the £75 deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
