What to Expect:

Gentle Yoga Sessions
Suitable for all levels, Kate's yoga practices focus on slow movements and mindful breathing to enhance your flexibility and inner peace.

Deep Relaxation
Experience guided relaxation techniques that will help you release tension and cultivate tranquility.

Welcoming Environment
Everyone is welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. This inclusive retreat encourages a supportive community atmosphere.
Retreat Schedule

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Arrivals, teas and coffees, Welcome Circle, intention setting & Gentle Yoga
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Tea / Coffee break with pastries
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Gentle yoga & Meditation
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Lunch Break - lunch will comprise jacket potatoes, a variety of fillings and side salads, sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, teas and coffees (dietary requirements can be catered for - I will check in at the beginning of January about these)
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Restorative Yoga, yoga nidra, mini soundbath & Closing Circle

Comfortable clothing
Yoga mat
Two pillows
Yoga block and belt
Blanket or shawl for relaxation
Water bottle
