Jen & I have collaborated on many retreat days as well as hosted residential retreats.
Together we have been inspired to create a stripped back retreat so our guests can mindfully get back to basics. Without distraction we can fully connect with ourselves in deep rest & relaxation.
We have curated a retreat bringing together our combined specialities and finding a stunning costal location in Dorset.
The Mind, Body & Breathe Retreat will be held in Studland from 4pm, Friday 11th - 2pm, Sunday 13th September 2026 with the gentle Yin energy of a New Moon.
The attachment gives you an overview of what you can expect from this relaxing weekend.
The accommodation will be at The Sandy Holme Hostel in shared rooms of between 2 - 4. We will sleep, eat and have some activities here. Most of the Saturday schedule will be at the Village Hall a few minutes walk away.There are very limited single supplement rooms available.
The retreat is full board with nourishing plant based food and treats.
We have chosen this venue due to it's amazing location not for it's luxurious flourishes!
