Join Louisa at Be Well Barn for a nourishing day of health, yoga and fitness in the heart of beautiful Suffolk.
The day includes gentle yoga and meditation, a mini weights session to support bone health, time to relax in the hot tubs, sauna and cold dip, and a deeply calming yin yoga practice.
We’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch together and close the day with a supportive closing circle.
Suitable for all levels, this welcoming day offers space to move, rest, learn and reconnect — leaving you feeling supported, refreshed and empowered.
Includes: Yoga & meditation, Mini weights, Lunch, Spa facilities/Hot tub and Sauna, Yin Yoga & Closing circle.
Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes for Yoga and swimming costume for the sauna and hot tubs.
Then comfortable clothes to move around the Barn area in (sweatshirt/jogging bottoms is fine).
One hot drink is included, but you may need to budget for further refreshments.
