Outdoor kirtan heartsong to mark the recent summer solstice...
Experience the yoga of voice and music in a relaxed atmosphere. Chant traditional meditative mantras for healing and wellbeing and sing bhajans to strengthen the voice, open the heart and lift the spirits.
A chance to listen and if you wish add your voice to the mix. Accompanied by soothing hum of the harmonium and baritone ukulele.
Please reserve your place in advance so you can be contacted with access details and in case of any change to arrangements due to weather etc!
Some chairs available, bring a folding chair if you can. Please bring your own cushion, blanket and water bottle / flask. There's a compost loo onsite (or the bushes!!!)
