Sourdough Cookery Class with Bistro at The Courthouse

Join Sean and Trudy Brolly for a hands-on Sourdough Cookery Class at Bistro at The Courthouse on Wednesday 18th February from 5pm - 7.30pm and discover the art of creating delicious homemade sourdough bread. In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll learn how to nurture your own sourdough starter and bake a beautiful loaf from scratch.At the end of the class, you’ll take home your own starter, a wicker proving basket, your freshly crafted loaf to bake, and a detailed recipe to continue your sourdough journey at home. You’ll also enjoy a Welcome Breadboard with our in-house baked sourdough and local dips, plus a glass of Cava to make the experience even more special.
