NEW FOR 2026 ✨
As the winter evening draws in, join us at Hedingham Castle for a brand-new Twilight Retreat – an evening of movement, candlelight and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin with a Pilates & Yoga Fusion, combining mindful movement, strength and flowing yoga to release the tension of the day. We’ll then head down into the atmospheric basement for a candlelit Gong Bath, giving you the perfect opportunity to completely switch off and unwind.
A beautiful midwinter escape – especially for those who can’t make the daytime retreat.
5:45pm arrival | 6:00pm – 8:00pm | Monday 23rd November 2026
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person for the same event. Please let Jade know in advance with the new attendee’s name and contact details.
Instructions
Please arrive from 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start.
Please bring:
Your yoga mat
Comfortable clothing for movement
Something warm and cosy for the Gong Bath
A water bottle
You’ll be moving between different areas of the castle, including the basement, so please bring an extra layer.
The session is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is needed.
