Join us at the magical Hedingham Castle for a beautiful winter day of movement, creativity and relaxation.
Your day will include a Pilates Reset, Barre class, nourishing lunch, Toodlepip Designs Inky Doodles Workshop, Restorative Yoga and a relaxing Gong Bath.
A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a whole day to move, create, relax and reset.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person for the same event. Please let Jade know in advance with the new attendee’s name and contact details.
Instructions
Please arrive from 9:30am for a 10:00am start.
Please bring:
Your Pilates/yoga mat
Comfortable clothing for movement
Layers and something warm
A water bottle
Lunch, refreshments and all materials for the Inky Doodles Workshop are included.
The classes are suitable for all levels and no previous experience is needed.
