Face yoga class to hep you remove lymphatic fluid, get your natural glow back and help you flow into the weekend with ease.
Using a range of movements and exercises to bring natural lift, tone and elasticity to your skin we will then move on to facial massage techniques to release tension before flowing through lymphatic movements to drain any toxins away.
Leaving you with a radiant glow.
Ending the session with a guided meditation to help you ease into your weekend ahead.
Please feel free to bring any face oils that work well with your skin.
Local and organic face oils will be available to use.
Blankets, yoga mats and pillows are also provided but you again are welcome to bring your own.
