Starting with a face yoga session and then leading into slow yoga flow. Followed by deep relaxation.
The face yoga will help to give your skin a beautiful glow while teaching you how to sculpt, tone and lift the face muscles naturally.
Reducing lymphatic fluid and encouraging collagen production, this technique is essential to a radiant glow.
Please bring a yoga mat and some cosy items for the relaxation section.
Face oils will be provided but if you have something that you already use and like on your skin then please feel free to bring that along too.
Please be aware that you may have to remove glasses for some exercises and that makeup will be disturbed so fresh faced is best ☺️
