A 60 Minute F.I.T Jam Dance session, an easy to follow routine broken down step by step. Especially welcomes beginners and all levels. We will then have a break and follow with a 30 minute F.I.T Combat session where you will learn a combination of combat inspired moves. This masterclass is all about enjoying movement to music in a fun welcoming space full of positive energy and no judgement.
