This webinar for trustees and representatives of Faith Charities, such as places of worship, will give an overview of trustee’s legal duties.
It will cover:
• What being a trustee means
• The six main trustee duties
• The role of the Charity Commission, (including when things go wrong)
• Common issues that arise in faith charities and how to avoid them
• Signposting to where you can get further help and guidance.
The webinar will be particularly helpful for both individuals new to the trustee role or as a refresher for those who may have been a trustee for some time.
The free webinar will be delivered on Microsoft Teams Live Events. You will be able to watch on the web and join anonymously. Joining instructions, including a guide of how to access the webinar via Microsoft Teams Live Events, will be sent to all attendees in advance.
