Just like flowers need nourishment to bloom, so do you. Honour the Spring Equinox with this immersive class. Claire, a qualified yoga teacher and physiotherapist, will guide us through gentle breathwork and a yin yoga sequence, whilst Lauren plays the harmonising and ethereal crystal singing bowls.
Yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes using props to support. The intention is to relax the muscles and let the connective tissue (joints, ligaments & fascia) take the stress. This helps improve circulation, energy flow, range of motion and sustainability.
Lauren, a trained sound healing practitioner, will use a variety of instruments through out the class, finishing with a meditation and sound bath Savasana for deep relaxation.
Teas, fruit and cakes included.
Suitable for beginners or those who have a regular practise
Mat and props provided, though you may choose to bring your own cushion/blanket.
